One of a handful of houses built in a cluster in the early 1990s; its red brick exterior is a loose interpretation of Arts and Crafts style.

It has been owned for many years by an older couple that did not use the house as their primary residence. So it comes on the market in very good condition, although some fittings - particularly in the bathrooms - could perhaps be updated.
