Finglas office and warehouse facility for £2.75 million-plus

The leading distributor of medical and garden products, TP Whelehan Son and Co, is to sell its headquarters along the dual carriageway at North Road in Finglas, Dublin 11 and is relocating to larger premises in the area. Lisney is quoting a guideline price in excess of £2.75 million for the office and warehouse which stands at a high profile corner site of 1.6 acres. It has 85 metres of frontage on to the North Road and 100 metres on to St Margaret's Road. The site is likely to be redeveloped either as offices or as a car showroom. It goes to tender on October 18th.
