Forthcoming auctions and fairs

Today and tomorrow (June 10th and 11th): Salvage and Interiors auction at Bailey Gibson, Oranmore, Galway. Over 1,110 lots to be sold, 98 per cent of them without reserve. The first 700 lots, to be sold this morning, will include furniture, fireplaces and stoves, flooring, prints and vintage lighting. Tomorrow from noon the contents of the salvage yard will go under the hammer – to include roofing tiles, slates, stones, cobbles, cast-iron garden furniture, sanitary ware, windows and doors, and more. More than 30 specialist and eclectic traders will display rare books, banknotes, coins and other collectibles, along with antique and vintage jewellery, vintage fashion and items for the home.
