THE BALLSBRIDGE hotel formerly known as the Berkeley Court Hotel has been renamed . . . the Berkeley Court Hotel after a confusing interlude during which it was owned by developer Seán Dunne and called the D4Berkeley Hotel.

The hotel, on Lansdowne Road, is the venue for de Veres art auction at 2pm tomorrow where the emphasis is on “affordable art”.

The 300 lots go on view today. Many of the paintings will be offered with no reserve.
