Prices start at €395,000 for the last 40 two-bedroom apartments in a new block just inside the entrance to the development on Kilmore Road. Sizes range from 60-76sq m (650-815sq ft).
The almost-completed scheme of 193 apartments in low-rise two and three-storey blocks is on the site of a former timber mill, opposite Artane Castle shopping centre and about three miles from the city centre.
Developer Werdna and architects Murray O'Laoire have raised the specification for this final block of apartments. Kitchens are vanilla gloss with oak-effect worktops, doors and skirtings are ash, and wardrobes are fitted in all bedrooms.
