Escom to open Dublin store in Dawson Street

EUROPEAN computer chain Escom is to open a retail outlet in the former Brownes Medical premises at 37 Dawson Street, Dublin 2. The company, which is the second largest computer retailer in Europe with more than 800 outlets, will be paying a rent of £65,000 under a 35-year lease for the ground floor and basement. It will have the use of 2,740 square feet at street level and a further 1,500 square feet in the basement. Lisney handled the letting.
