Engineering firm sells Sandyford premises for £1m

GENERAL engineering company Tuchenhagen has secured about £1 million for its 9,500-square-foot office and technical centre on Blackthorn Road, Sandyford, Co Dublin. The purchasers, Philip Monaghan and Fenian McDonnell, who already own a number of premises in Sandyford, are understood to be planning to extend and refurbish the Tuchenhagen unit for, use as an office-B1 type facility. Druker Fanning and Partners handled the sale for Tuchenhagen and Morrisseys represented the purchasers.
