Ganly Walters is seeking key money for a first floor shop in Powerscourt Town Centre in Dublin occupied by jeweller Patrick Flood. The unit is rented at £12,768 per annum (€16,212) and is being sold as a going concern. Pat Flood, a noted goldsmith and designer, has carried out many commissions over the years. Keiron Diamond of the same agents is also seeking a tenant for a retail warehouse formerly occupied by Kashan Carpets at Stillorgan Industrial Park. It has over 5,000 sq ft of space, overhead offices and a rent of £100,000 (€140,700) per annum.
