Developers make over £602,000 on site

Developers Glen and Barry Leddy made a tidy killing last week on a tiny development site at Monkstown Farm, Co Dublin. Eighteen months after buying one-third of an acre for £138,000, they put it back on the market last week and got £740,000 for it at a Ross McParland auction. There is planning permission for 12 apartments, which will be built by Paul Kelly's company, Altara.
