Leading developers Flynn and O'Flaherty are moving towards the final stages of their housing development at Kimmage Manor, on Whitehall Road, Terenure, Dublin 12. With 82 houses sold since last October in Manor Grove, Sherry FitzGerald has begun marketing a range of four-bedroom detached houses at £290,000 and a number semidetached units at £235,000.
The homes have a floor area of 1,320 sq ft, including a good sized livingroom with double doors opening into an open plan kitchen/family room. The detached unit has a garage. The detached homes will be completed later this month and the semis will be ready for occupation in May. The agents will be using showhouses in the adjoining Wainsfort Manor to show potential buyers what they can expect. Later this year Flynn and O'Flaherty will take bookings for three-bedroom duplex units and two-bedroom apartments on an adjoining site. The new houses are located on part of a 35-acre section of Kimmage Manor which the company acquired in 1995 from the Holy Ghost Fathers.
The latest scheme has two separate entrances off Terenure Road.
