A five-bedroom house backing on to the Phoenix Park in Castleknock, Dublin 15, is for sale by private treaty through HOK Residential for £1 million (1.27 million) by private treaty sale. The owner bought the detached house - Golden Grove, Oak Park - five years ago and has since redecorated it in lavish style. She now plans to move to a large period house in Sandymount, Dublin 4, hence the sale.
