Douglas Newman Good has secured a premium rent of £20,000 for a small delicatessen at Crowe Street in Temple Bar, Dublin 1. The 650 sq ft premises was originally rented by Le Gourmet des Alpes which closed almost two years ago. The same agent is quoting a rent of £40,000 per annum for the former Grain Store at Cecelia Street, in Temple Bar, which has a ground floor of 1,500 sq ft. It is likely to be used as a showroom.
