Delgany house with nine acres could sell for £1.65 million

Clooneen, a large detached house on nine acres of housing land at Delgany village in Co Wicklow, is to be auctioned on October 24th through Hamilton Osborne King. The five-bedroom house, which is need of refurbishment, is expected to make around £650,000 (€825,329) while the nine acres, with a zoning of one house per acre, should fetch in the region of £1 million (€1.27m). The site is ideally suited for a small development of expensive detached houses which could take advantage of superb views.
