Key money of £250,000 (€351.750) is being sought for the lease of the Cybercafe opposite Weirs at 6 Grafton Street, in Dublin. The premium will include fittings and furniture.
The 1,475 foot restaurant is located on three floors over the Bus Stop stationery shop and is rented at £28,000 (€39.396) per annum, the equivalent of £19 (€26.73) per sq ft. The facility includes a computer training centre.
