Sherry FitzGerald's aerial photograph of White Rock on the Vico Road in Dalkey shows a creeper-clad house surrounded by greenery and the agents are suggesting that whoever buys the house which is on the southern slopes of Dalkey Hill will be as interested in the 0.85 acre site as they are in the house itself.
