Clarification

We would like to clarify that as a property services conciliator Alan Cooke charges chartered surveyors, auctioneers, estate agents and property managers an annual retainer of €250 and a fee of €400 per complaint against them. He has asked us to point out that the service is free to complainants, contrary to a report in last week's Around the Block.
