Buyers chasing tax incentives will need to be off the mark early for 25 apartments in one of the few remaining apartment schemes in the city which offers full tax relief for investors.

Prices range from £155,000 to £230,000 for one and two-bedroom units. Agent Hooke & MacDonald will be opening show apartments from today in the final phase of Catherine's Close, which is located in the heart of the Liberties area off Francis Street. The scheme has frontage on to Carman's Hall, Garden Lane and Ash Street.
