CIGARETTE manufacturer P.J. Carrolls is seeking a premium of £25,000 for an office suite at Elm House, Leopardstown Office Park, in Dublin 18. The 3,537 square feet of space is rented at £42,444 per annum under a 20-year lease from 1994. In addition, there are 14 car-parking spaces at £200 per space. Harper O'Grady, which is handling the assignment, is also quoting about £500,000 for a purpose-built office/warehouse being vacated by Carrot Is at the Wilton Industrial Estate, Cork. The 14,880-square-foot premises stands on a site of 1.22 acres.
