Blanchardstown warehouse likely to make £2.5 million

Lisney is seeking offers in the region of £2

Lisney is seeking offers in the region of £2.5 million for a newly developed 40,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Northwest Business Park, in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The unit, which is being sold by the Famac Group, has 24 ft high eves, six loading bays and a fully fitted two-storey office of 5,000 sq ft.

Northwest Business Park is the second phase of a 95-acre industrial development by Lark Development. Famac already lease a 27,000 sq ft building in the first phase of the scheme known as Rosemount Business Park. An adjoining 40 acre site to the east is being developed by Park Developments. The location has greatly benefitted from the opening of the Northern Cross section of the Dublin ring road.
