The properties, which are for sale in one or three lots for about £700,000 (€888,187) overall, include the 1,800 sq ft O'Flaherty's bar and games room, popular with locals and the many fishermen who visit the area. Arva is located in a tax-designated area where Cavan, Longford and Leitrim meet.
