Architects look to cash in

Architects are not far behind their clients in cashing in on the apartment boom. Scott Tallon Walker has just lodged a planning application for an apartment block at the rear of its Georgian offices on Merrion Square. The company occupies stylish offices at Number 19 but the proposed block will also occupy the rear gardens of 20 and 21 as well.
