BALLYMUN: FROM €125,000:THE REMAINING 10 apartments in the Shangan Court development in Ballymun are now being sold at heavily discounted prices.
One-bedroom apartments are €125,000 while a two-bedroom apartment now costs €150,000. There is also a two-bedroom duplex available for €165,000.
When the small development of only 30 apartments was launched in 2007, a one-bedroom apartment cost €195,000.
