The units, ranging in size from 74sqm (800sq ft) to 163sq m (1,750sq ft) cost from €365,390 to €1.23 million. The properties, based around a waterfront spa hotel and a marina, are being sold freehold.
Owners could expect average 7 per cent yields, according to the agent; they could also expect to rent properties for 40 to 50 weeks a year. Sunset Harbour is close to the St Lucia country golf club.
