Andras House gets approval for Great Victoria Street plans

Belfast developer Andras House has received final planning permission for its £60 million sterling mixed hotel, leisure and entertainment complex at Great Victoria Street in Belfast city centre, according to the Commercial Information Company, which monitors planning and property developments. Andras, which has been behind several successful city centre developments, has applied for permission for an 18screen cinema, a 260-room hotel, a second five-star hotel, offices, ground floor retail and apartments on the site. The marketing agents are Hamilton Osborne King and O'Connor Kennedy Turtle.
