AIB branch building in Tralee has guide of over £

AIB is to sell one of its two branch buildings in Tralee, Co Kerry. Joint agents North and Co and GVA Donal O Buachalla are quoting a guideline price of over £800,000 (1.015) for the three-storey over basement building which goes to auction next month. There is 3,600 sq ft at street level and 2,360 sq ft in overhead offices. The agents say it would be ideal for a specialist type business or a bar and restaurant.
