£9m quoted for unit at Richview Office Park

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting over £9 million for an office investment at Richview Office Park, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, which is currently producing a rent of £494,280. Eircell occupies the two interconnecting three-storey over ground floor buildings, which have a total floor area of 31,140 sq ft. The 25-year lease began last year and is subject to a break option in the 10th year. There are 90 on-site car-parking spaces. Eircell occupies two further buildings in the park, which was developed Flynn and O'Flaherty.
