9,795 sq ft Monkstown office block quotes rent of £25 per sq ft

Joint agents Palmer McCormack and Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne are quoting a rent of £25 (€31.74) per sq ft for a stand-alone office block, De Vesci Court, at Monkstown, Co Dublin, which is due to be ready for fit out at the end of the year.
