Four of the eight large detached houses in Coolgraney, on Clonskeagh Road, were sold within two days of the launch of the development. The five-bedroom houses were priced between £875,000 and £970,000. The four remaining houses are for sale through Hooke & MacDonald, priced from £875,000 to £970,000.
