£800,000 guide for development site on Dean's Grange

Lisney is quoting a guide price of £800,000 (€1,015,790) for a key development site on Dean's Grange Road in Co Dublin, which is to be sold by tender on December 7th. The site of .36 of an acre has substantial frontage on to the main road, extending to over 20 metres. The single-storey building on the site have been used by monumental sculptors as work shops and showrooms for many years. Ownership of the site will pass with the sale of shares in Harrison 1973 Ltd and Burnell and Co Ltd, who control the freehold interest in the site.
