Lisney is likely to secure about £700,000 for a retail office and overhead apartment opposite St Vincent's Hospital, at 234 Merrion Road, Dublin 4, which is to be auctioned on March 2nd. The building was completely refurbished, remodelled and extended in 1993 by Kinane Insurance Group, which is relocating. The offices have 1,030 sq ft of accommodation. There is a separate entrance to a two-bedroom apartment, which has a superb drawingroom and diningroom, fully fitted kitchen and sun balcony overlooking a 45 ft long rear garden. The building will appeal to both owner-occupiers and investors, according to Ross Shorten of the selling agents.
