£650,000 quoted for Temple Bar site

ONE of the few remaining sites in private ownership in Dublin's Temple Bar area is to be sold at auction on March 24th. Garvan Walsh of Gunne is quoting around £650,000 for the infill site on Sycamore Street, which has planning permission for a 1,000 sq ft retail unit on the ground and seven apartments, six of them two-bed units and and a three-bedroom penthouse. It adjoins the Olympia Theatre.
