Lisney is quoting £600,000 for a guesthouse opposite the rear of the Custom House at 5 Beresford Place, Dublin 1. It goes to auction on April 20th. There are 12 bedrooms, some of them en suite, a reception and kitchen in the building, which was rebuilt in 1977.
However, the building requires modernisation. The Custom Cafe on the ground floor forms part of the building but is not for sale. Lisney recently sold two adjoining office buildings, Numbers 2 and 4 Beresford Place, for between £500,000 and £600,000.
