£550,000 plus sought for Dundrum offices

ICON Clinical Research, the pharmaceutical research company, is seeking in excess of £550,000 for Dundrum Castle, a 5,500 square foot office building close to the roundabout at Ballinteer Road and Barton Road in Dundrum, Dublin 16. There are more than 30 car parking spaces on the site. The selling agents, Sherry FitzGerald, say the building is likely to appeal to owner occupiers but has also redevelopment potential for an apartment or townhouse scheme.
