£4m quoted for Bray site with approval for 97 houses

An unusual development opportunity for house-builders has arisen in Bray, Co Wicklow, where a site with full planning permission for 97 houses is to be sold by tender on December 10th. Ross McParland is quoting a guideline price of £4 million for 10.2 acres which are located on the edge of the town at Wheatfield, off Boghall Road. Designed by architects P.D. Lane, the development will comprise 52 three-bedroom semis, 28 two-bedroom terraced units, 14 three-bed end-of-terrace homes and three three-bed detached houses.
