£400,000-plus for 7 seaside homes

A courtyard cluster of seven holiday homes in Co Wexford with designated status for qualifying tax relief is being offered by tender through Jackson-Stops McCabe for in excess of £400,000. The Lodges, at Ardamine, a mile and a half south of Courtown Harbour along the coast road, are within walking distance of both Ardamine and Poulshone beaches.
