£4.2m paid for 12-acres at Rosemount Business Park

GREEN Property has paid £4.2 million for 12 acres of industrial land at Rosemount Business Park, near Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. The land was sold by Irish Express Cargo, which recently relocated a new 275,000 sq ft distribution centre in Rosemount. Green is to seek planning permission to develop up to 250,000 sq ft of high-bay warehousing. Patrick Curran acted for Irish Express Cargo.
