307 apartments planned for Finglas Road site

After many happy and profitable years on the southside, veteran developer Jack Cosgrave is crossing the Liffey and moving into Finglas for his latest apartment development. Jackson Properties has just lodged a planning application for 307 apartments on the former Premier Dairy site on the busy Finglas Road. He is not the only developer to have seen potential in what was once piebald country. A few hundred yards away no less than 70 of the 100 apartments at Tolka Vale have been sold off plans by the Ross McParland agency with the final lot available in the autumn.
