3.7 acre Wicklow seaside site has £300,000 guide price

Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guide price of around £300,000 for a site of 3.7 acres with potential to build a home close to the beach at Buckroney, Brittas Bay, Co Wicklow. A house on the site is now derelict and although planning permission was granted in 1994 to refurbish and extend it, it has since lapsed. The site is within 200 yards of the European Golf Club. It goes to auction on March 8th.
