£250,000 expected for Newlands Cross site

A SITE of almost half an acre within 200 metres of Newlands Cross and the Naas road in west Dublin is expected to make about £250,000 when it is sold through Mason Owen Lyons. There is outline planning approval for a family restaurant including a drive-through facility and car-parking. The site will be sold by tender on May 28th.
