A new public house in Swords village, north Dublin, is expected to make in excess of £2.5 million when the leasehold interest is sold by tender through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and the Shane Redmond Group. The 4,000 sq ft premises forms part of The Plaza scheme built by Gannon Developments. The pub is located on the Malahide Road in Swords and will be finished to a shell condition.
