GANNON Homes has sought planning permission to demolish Rockfield House, two other adjoining houses and outbuildings at Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16, and replacing them with 150 apartments. It is planned to provide the units in five blocks and to widen and renew the existing bridge over the old Harcourt Street railway line.
