£135,000 four-bed seaside houses at Courtown

A TOTAL of seven four bedroom split-level houses at Courtown, Co Wexford, are for sale this weekend offering Section 23 tax relief against all rental income. Ardamine Grove is a mile south of Courtown Harbour and the houses are across the road from a sandy beach. The seven detached houses of 1,345 sq. ft cost £135,000 through The Phillips Partnership. They are in a cul-de-sac alongside a scheme of detached bungalows sold earlier in the year. The houses have four bedrooms at the lower level and a cathedral ceiling in the sitting room, with a large balcony off. The small development is expected to be ready before the December deadline for tax-incentive seaside properties and available for letting next year. These seven houses will be the last built on this road.
