Killininny Court is on Ballycullen Road, beside the Firhouse shopping centre. The scheme's proximity to the M50 motorway is a bonus. The development comprises 38 apartments in two three-storey blocks, with 18 on offer in this phase. The first apartments should be ready by next spring, according to selling agent Hooke & MacDonald, who will be taking bookings in their offices from today.
Most apartments have balconies or terraces. A typical one-bedroom unit has an entrance hall with a bathroom and double bedroom, a sittingroom with a balcony off, fitted kitchen and a double bedroom. The two-bedroom apartments have one double and one single bedrooms. There will be a lift in each block and electronically-controlled access gates.
