Following severe flood damage at Café Paradiso last year, Denis Cotter has recently overseen a complete renovation of his much-loved restaurant, and the last part of the revamp has just been completed.
The re-opening of the popular Paradiso Rooms, above the restaurant, is good news for pilgrims to the vegetarian mecca, and is the perfect bolt-hole for postprandial overnights above one of Ireland’s finest restaurants.
