TV chef and Dunbrody House proprietor Kevin Dundon's new book, Great Family Food(Collins, £20) is hot off the presses.
It’s as excellent production, with simple yet inspirational recipes. Try the roast leg of lamb with orange marmalade crust, or the Parmesan pork. There are lots of great “at-home” photos of Dundon and family, too. And it’s true what they say – never work with children or animals – Emily, Sophie and Tom Dundon, beautifully photographed by Noel Murphy, are the stars of the show.
