Christmas for me starts . . . when I see the fabulous Christmas windows of Dublin's department stores. Last Christmas . . . was my last as a single lady!

This Christmas . . . I look forward to spending in Fermanagh with my in-laws.

I'll never forget the Christmas . . . that my sister arrived at the front door to surprise us! She was living in Japan and we didn't expect to have her home. I was six years old and I can remember the excitement in the house that year.

My favourite thing about this time of year . . . is catching up with family and friends over great food and a few drinks.

The one thing that brings out my inner Grinch . . . is last-minute shopping on Christmas Eve!

The perfect gift for my ears would be . . . a beautiful pair of Angela O'Keefe 'Seville' earrings

The perfect gift for my eyes would be . . . a Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes Palette

It wouldn't be Christmas without . . . mulled wine and a "tin" of Roses!
