A weekend of trad fashion, music and artisan food in Galway

Some of the pre-eminent chieftains and banshees of the new Ireland gather in Galway for a series of workshops, talks and meals, March 7th- 8th.

The duo behind Dillisk (the pop-up restaurant in Connemara that brought seaweed cooking to the level of high art) will offer insights, while Sally Cinnamon, a sassy seanchaí and duchess of discs, teaches the secrets of DJing.

The creative collective, Queens of Neon, will style a dinner of artisan food cooked by Ard Bia chefs, and the hostess of the whole weekend, Aoibheann MacNamara of Ard Bia, discusses the Tweed Project with Molloy & Sons, who supply her with tweed.
