Here comes yer man! Dublin's Olympia was thronged on Wednesday in expectation of an eyeball-slicing run through the Doolittlealbum by the Pixies.

They kicked off with four B-sides and took their time getting to the most loved tunes, but the place went wild when they did. Some said Frank Black wasn't sufficiently "into it"; others found the set too short (working out about €1 a minute), but it was still a thrill to hear Debaseretc live.  Photograph: Matt Kavanagh
