Can't see me: Ian Brown has had to scrap his entire UK tour following his unsuccessful appeal against a four-month prison sentence for threatening an air stewardess during a flight from Paris to Manchester earlier this year. The former Stone Roses singer was due to play Midnight At The Olympia next Friday, but will now be otherwise detained.
As any U2 fan will know, Lindsey Holmes is the band's publicist, and not Brookham PR as I mistakenly mentioned earlier this week. has been doing a fine job as U2's publicist for quite a while, and for my grievous error I deserve to be bashed over the head with a Joshua tree.
