Proof that rock stars are just big babies: Twelve Irish bands will battle it out in the Olympia Theatre on Sunday night for a chance to go to Eurodisney in Paris. The lucky winners will represent Dublin in the grand final of the Emergenza European Live Festival, and also have a go on Space Mountain.
Rumours that The Bee Gees' one-off Dublin concert has run into planning problems is just a load of jive talk, say Aiken Promotions. The gig goes ahead at the RDS Showjumping Arena on Saturday August 29th.
